Jon was born in Oxford and grew up on a farm near Bicester. He became a Christian in 2006 after hearing the Gospel on a Christianity Explored course at St Ebbe's. Jon is a keen pianist and loves to play boogie woogie at any available opportunity. He also enjoys playing golf, writing and hunting butterflies. He supports the mighty Oxford United football club and follows the club home and away. As an apprentice at St Ebbe's, Jon works with the 20s and 30s group (Roots) and also is involved in childrens work and outreach to the homeless. He is, God-willing, looking to go to Bible college in the near future.
