10.30 in Headington

The 10.30 meets in Lime Walk every Sunday. The 10.30 service is ordered, informal and joyful – and designed to help the wide range of people who come to grow in Christ. The services include music, prayers, Bible reading and a talk. Each service lasts between an hour and an hour and a quarter. For directions see map. We look forward to welcoming you.
The broadest cross-section of our church family makes up the 10.30 congregation – from the very young to the not-so-young via those somewhere in between! A creche for under 2s, Springers for 2-3s and Sunday Club for 4-14s run during this service making it popular with those who have children. A number of students from Brookes University also attend (see the page under the Students section of What goes on?) Contact Jon Drake for more information about the groups we run for Brookes students.
About once every six weeks the 10.30 service has a ‘Service for All Ages’. Children stay with us throughout the service and are often needed to help out with action songs, and bible stories. The talk aims to provide food for thought whether the listener is young or old.
Tea, coffee and snacks are served after every 10.30 service.
There is also a monthly prayer meeting for St Ebbe’s in Headington, regular home groups and social activities. Details on all matters to do with the 10.30 congregation from Al Horn.
